In school I learned that the German word Brotzeit is the time when an evening meal is served…
However, it is in fact a snack at any time of day and an important part of Bavarian beer garden culture; many restaurants or pubs have a separate “Brotzeit” menu, which includes cold meat, sausage or cheese served with bread.
Here is a vegetarian Brotzeit enjoyed in a beer garden recently…
I love these old weathered wooden bread boards used for serving. Above, local cheese with caraway seeds. Below, Emmental cheese platter.
It was so delicious I just had to share!
Gue lihat dari jendela, samar samar kelihatan kurir bawa paketan gitu. Heran rajin amat padahal ini kan hari libur, kok tetep kerja aja. Salut deh sama mas kurirnya semoga sukses.
Ternyata emang bener ngirim paket atas nama gue pula. Wih seneng banget, di awal bulan aja udah dapet rejeki apalagi hari-hari selanjutnya.
Paketnya sih gambar jam gitu. Setelah gue buka emang isinya jam, tapi ga ada alamatnya. Untung tuh paket ada nama tokonya. Tepatnya Malang, karena kakak gue tinggal di malang jadi gue ga bingung bingung amat langsung deh nge-BBM (blackberry massenger) dia. ‘Ngirim paket buat gue?’
‘Iya Yaz, udah nyampe? Itu buat elo, gue habis dapet duit banyak, ada 5 mobil yang laku bulan ini’
